Deacon’s Seattle Special Projects team provided interior tenant improvement for the new DaVita Redondo Heights Dialysis Clinic. This 8,000 sf suite, located at the Pavilions Centre in Federal Way, can accommodate up to 26 treatment stations. Substantial underground work along with new utility services were required to complete the project. The finished project consists of sheet vinyl flooring, acoustical ceilings, and painted accent walls. This reinvigorated space is set to aid DaVita in their continued delivery of differential, equitable, and holistic care to patients throughout their entire kidney disease journey.
